I hosted with this company for over 3 years on a dedicated server. Then in Feb 2009 them moved my dedicated server account to a VPS without telling me and still charging me for the dedicated server.
Dedicated server is $210 and the VPS is only $60 per month. When I complained about being on a VPS they said they would credit my account and only charge me for the VPS. But when March 2009 came along they still charged me $210 for the dedicated server. When I complained they said it was a mistake and would only give me a credit but would NOT refund the money.
After move then 6 emails demanding my money back and that the account be canceled I did not receive a reply from them. But the account was deactived so I thought the account was canceled and I was out the $210 plus the $90 refund the previous month.
But guess what! On the April 3 2009 they billed me again for $210!!! But this time I don't even have an Account!!!! At least not one I can access!!!
These people have stolen from me for over 3 months and it's nearly impossible to stop. I had to cancel the credit card and file a complaint againt them. My next step is a laywer to try and sue them for theft.
Stay clear of this company!!!
They use to be great, but they must have sold, because the service sucks and they steal from you! They don't reply unless you threaten them with a lawsuit...
Host with them at your own risk!!!!
