I have had numerous outages with this host, in fact, not only is my site down right now, but so is theirs!
My independent uptime tracking shows the site goes down quite often, about once a week for 30 minutes...I thought that this was a planned outage for regular maintenance, but they claim that the site has not been down at all.
In addition, they have, on occasion, shut down my site when it was hacked and used for spamming....which is very reasonable...what was not reasonable is that they never told me, no email, no phone call, nothing.
Also, I pay 25 bucks a month for a reseller account, which was ok for 4 years ago, but it is way too expensive for what the market is nowadays. They would not readjust the pricing...so as I will have to be moving on...only problem is that it is such a pain to move, I am putting off doing it, but every 60 days or so they give me another reason to switch.
