Been with Netfirms for 4 years. Had a few outages, but nothing critical. Server timeouts mostly. However, this March (2010) it's nothing short of disaster. NONE of my domains are working (fail with a server error, and I haven't touched anything in weeks), SSH login fails with a server error, and the so called tech-support team (if it exists) will not even answer emails. 3 days straight and no answer.
No phone number for support, no ticket system that lets you track the status of your ticket, no live chat. Serves me right, should have switched long ago.
NON-EXISTING SUPPORT. LITERALLY.
Maybe I'll try hostgator.com, or something.
We are aware of the server issues that have occurred this month. We are in the process of migrating all of our clients to our new data center here in Markham, Ontario, Canada. This past weekend we needed to perform emergency maintenance at our old data center to prepare for the next wave of migrations.
