Customer service is horrible. Their telephone system is horrendous. A person will spend precious time going through the various prompts to reach a customer service representative who ultimately will not be able to assist. Their is a glitch within their system that is taking down my website. The page will not be found for another 24 hours. This is horrible. This is the second time within a few weeks. As soon as I resolve this dilemma I am leaving Network Solution. I have been a loyal client for 5 years and I can't be that anymore.
