Tech support regularly lies to me. Have had numerous problems with the webmail client, where I delete one message and it also deletes the message before and/or after it. They "reindex" my mailbox and tell me it's fixed, but it happens again. Stalled my domain transfer, and deleted my nameserver info so that my website is down during the transfer. Then they say nothing can be done about it. Frustrating beyond description. Horrible business practices, and lousy customer support. Avoid Network Solutions like the plague if you know what's good for you.
