Plans are cheap, webmail servers are super SLOW and customer service is UNREACHABLE! Their web site claims "award winning customer service" but I have sent 8 emails so far about a problem. Each time I've received a 'ticket number' but not once I've received a response. Not a single time. My problem is now over 3 months old and I can not reach tech support or customer service. In the past I have gotten through after 3 or 4 phone calls but I find tech support is usually less than helpful with short answers and an annoyed tone. Additionally, despite the fact that my payment gets withdrawn automatically each month, I receive automated email notices that my account will be suspended for nonpayment. It has never been suspended and I have never received a response as to why this happens. I definitely so NOT recommend Omnis.com!
