I am a Vietnamese webmaster, at first i am love to use the service of Dreamhost, but in the first time i using my visa card, i got some problem and finally i fix it but Dreamhost dont accept my money and refund without any good reason.

Recently, i see the hosting plan and the technology of powweb i love it too, and it have already good price. I ordered it, and and the end of order, it temporary close my order for the billing team checking.

I feel so terrible when need to call them ('cause my bad ENG), but I tried to chat live with their support 24/7. They verify my order,..etc.. it's easy and simple. My order have active soon. While i using, my script dont work, i live chat with them again, and they quickly solve that problem for me.

I feel very convience about their Live chat support (sales, technical,..).
