I've been with ReadySetConnect since 2003 and mostly without issue.
Somehow, starting in 2009 or so, service became very spotty, usually early in the year and in June (yes weird, but definitely a pattern).
But so far since Dec. '11, we've been out 4 or 5x, each time taking a minimum for 5-6 days to even get a response. A few, we never even got a response, site was just back up.
This last round has been going on 5 days, no access to site or Cpanel, not response to numerous tickets, [...]

I have been with them for at least seven years. Early years the service was good. This year, horrible. Sites went down in April for three days, and now they have been down for the past seven days. Absolutely no response to my tickets,emails or calls.

As others have commented, the servers (or at least access to them) has not been possible for over a week now. Cannot connect via FTP or reach the Cpanel either.
No response from support tickets I have left or phone messages on their answering machine.
Today I signed up for hosting with another company - but I still would like to access the present site to transfer the latest data to the new site.
