These guys do great on the price... not so much with the customer service. Staff can be rude and unresponsive and their support website is problematic. If you want cheap hosting... your good to go... if you want a "managed" solution... better bring the management. Satisfaction is the customers responsibility here.

BTW... Cancelation IS a joke... I'm going to try to call up my credit card agency and tell them I do NOT authorize any further charges to the card. I figure after they figure out that they aren't getting paid anymore they will cut off the servers... sucks to be them.
