I just signed up with site hop yesterday. They had my server up and running within the hour. As well, today I made a bad mistake on the server, and had to enter a support ticket. They responded very quickly, and just as quickly took care of the problem for me. Overall, I cant speak to the long term value in this company, but so far i'm very impressed.
Recommend it !

Fantastic customer service and control panel, very easy to submit support tickets and fast response. Server performance is top notch. Could be a little cheaper but compensated by customer service and easy site interaction.

I have to pay a server that never used.
And i have to pay $9.95 for guarantee quick response, ridiculous!
Better keep away from this company or you will get nightmare...

They are complete scammers stealing money then closing your server down totally, and refusing to give any reason why they closed the server down, complete scammers Warning look out Singlehop are scammers, also they are the same company as http://empirereseller.com/ & http://sundogsupport.com they are actually even though they have data center in USA they are INDIA Based Company well know for scamming people

This is by for the worst hosting company on the internet! I was with them for almost two years letting them suck me dry of money for crap services! When my money ran short I went to cancel my service and they told me that I had to give 3 days notice before my next invoice was due. It was not due for two more days and they told me I had to pay them for the next month of service even if I was not going to be using it. They said if I did not pay for another month of service I would be turned over [...]
