Up until recently, I have not had any problems with Solid-hosting, however, I attempted to contact them a couple of weeks ago to renew my domain name, and after having no reply, I attempted to transfer the domain to another registrar.

I have sent them many emails & support tickets, but can not get them to reply to me.

They also have failed to supply the new registrar of my domain name with the transfer authorization code.

Now my domain is inactive, and I have no idea if I will be able to get it back online. I will continue to try to contact solid-hosting

I would not recommend doing business with solid-hosting.net
