I have used Startlogic as a testing server for sometime (3years). It was until recently that I decided to host a couple of production ready websites. As i started to load data into the database, the server got slower and slower. I have been emailing with customer service on this issue for about a week, and I have always being told that they are aware of the issue and working on it. Today the sites were down completely (Error 500).
I called customer service and I could tell immediately that I was talking to someone in India, but I played along.
After telling the customer service rep the whole story (she had no clue that I had been emailing with them for a week!) she said that all she could do was to 'upgraded the ticket' -
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
Server uptime is about 40% and customer service is worst than anything else.
I WOULD RATHER GET A ROOT CANAL THAN DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!!!
