Over the years I have used strato i have had numerous causes to contact their helpline. Sometimes very helpful, other times the most rude and unhelpful people ever. They assure you despite being in Germany that all operators speak english - on two occasions now I have had to try my basic German as teh operators speak none. They say they send invoices by email buty I've yet to see one and god forbid if you don't remember when to pay the invoice without reminders thy immediately send intrum justicia round to collect. Intrums letters have on two occasions stated that under German Law they can add £50 on for collection costs. I've responded with under English law you must first send an invoice which results in the case being thrown out. I've paiud the latest invoice to intrum justitia in ireland who are happy it has been paid over a week ago but I'm still waiting for Strato to lift the restrictions from my account. THE most unhelpful customer service I've ever had.
