The set up experience was seamless. Customer service reps picked up the phone on the first call, and there were few ,if any, gimmicky add-ons for one to sort through as with most hosts. Best of all, it has a "green" mission, just like our company.

Super Green is a great hosting company! New accounts activate in minutes not hours like other hosting companies. Support is great too. Never had a problem getting a response to a question. They will even help fix website issues, and that is important to me as I am kind of a newbie to websites. Ussually takes a 10 minutes or less to get a repsonse. I would definately recomemend them to anyone wanting a first class hosting company.

Recently signed up for two domains with Super Green, everything was done quickly and efficiently, I was able to get my sites uploaded quckly using Super Greens easy to use control panel. So far so good. The prices for hosting with free domain set up was right in line with what other top providers are offering and there is a nice selection of additional services at reasonable prices.

Switch webhosts, for price and to be "green" Huge mistake!
Customer service is a joke & emails are ignored. You can't cancel via phone. My emails sent to them to cancel have not been responded to.
Oh and the biggest mistake? Thinking I would go "green" only to have all of our files switched to JustHost.com without any explanation or our consent.

They set my account up immediately. They sent a second e-mail saying there should be no problem in getting all my sites up and running on the same day if I needed to, and they actually did it. I am highly impressed by their prompt service.

Worst hosting I have ever had. They blocked all ips from the server by accident for 24 hrs this week and now the hosting has been down completely due to (raid being destroyed as they put it) for over 24 hrs. Even when working the sites load like a dead tortoise - very, very slowly.... The support sucks. They keep saying, will be fixed soon. If you call them they keep you waiting on hold 20 mins and a non english speaker tells you again, that it will be fixed soon. Got another email saying it [...]

I have now more than 20 websites on a reseller account. The first months I had a good uptime but the last weeks were horrible. I had 4 times a downtime from more than 2h. So supergreenhosting is one of the worst hoster on this world. Please don't support this scam company.
