I've been with Swordfish Hosting for around a year now and have been really impressed by their service, customer support and reliability. Like many i've been burnt by using one of the cheapest of the cheap web hosting companies and so when i was looking to move I did my research, spoke to the guys at swordfish and decided to move to them.
One thing that did impress was that i am only on one of their £25 a month VPS however they treated me as if i was buying a huge dedicated server - it didn't seem to matter what queries i had they were on hand to help. Added to this the VPS hasn't been down (apart from a mistake at my end!!) in a year it's great! highly recommended
