A horrible hosting service. It took them a month simply to register my domain name (which they said would take 24 hours), and that was after about 6 frustrated calls to their tech support to try to get the problem fixed. Calls ended with a promise on their end and no results. Soon after they eliminated their "24/7" live support promise and limited it a certain number of hours each day. My site would also be down more often than promised (on occasional nights every month). The features may be pretty good for the price, but this is just a trap to lure people into using their horrendous service. Now I'm trying to switch out of their service and transfer my domain name and they're making the process as hard as possible, taking a week to respond to emails. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
