Best hosting site around. Absolute BEST customer service. They are prompt, very friendly and will not stop until you understand everything. If I have learned one thing it is you get what you pay for. Tell-up Web-Hosting is my 4th hosting company. The others don’t even compare. I run a clan site for Online Gaming, I told Tell-Up what I was looking for and with-in 2 hours my site was set-up. You can't go wrong with Tell-up Web-Hosting.

Store front got hacked one night, I called Joe and he just chuckled said he had it backed up, ten minutes, we are back in the saddle. He set me up, did a preliminary design got my store online and registered my domain. Working with Joe Tellup over the last 3 years I have come to realize that this man actually cares a lot, maybe sometimes too much, about his customers. If you have a problem with your website, one phone call to his home and Joe will be on it until it is fixed, he will work at it until you are satisfied.
And yes I said his home number, because unlike all the other hosting serves out there right now, he will answer his phone and answer your questions truthfully.

I have been with Joe for 5 years now and I must say I have been spoiled having never dealt with the corporate hosting run around that several of my friends have put up with and are now happily hosted by Joe. I was new to the whole computer website thing when I met him and he always had and has time to help me out. His customer service is unbeatable and web hosting is fast and never have had any website down time. I have and will continue to recommend Joe to all my friends.

I recently attempted to do business with this family ran operation. I guess, unlike the huge, conglomerates, they have no knowledge of how to deal with customers. I thought the bad customer service would just come at the hands at these large conglomerates, But Tellup, shows that it can come at the hands of wanabe's as well.

Tellox hosting is one of the best discoveries I have made in business in the past 20 years. I cannot believe the level of customer service and response I get from Joe Tellup and his crew. If he were a bricks and mortar store, his would be the place everyone shops at. His prices are phenomenall and his follow is great. I trust him withmy site which is something I would not say with other hosting companies at all. The world needs more companies like Tellox!
