Then I find TMDhosting offering wpmu hosting at an attractive price, it is like $45/year inclusive a domain name! so really great deal, 'unlimited' bandwidth and mysql database.

I am familiar with computer and have no knowledge of programming but TMD on my site I feel like I have may own Technical Department.

As I wanted to install my WordPress site and blog, I asked for the one click installation. The sales support person guided me to the support area to place a ticket. Just signed up to have eyeos installed. So far, they have offered excellent service. I have not tested their unlimited space offer, and I probably won't, as I plan to use the space for personal needs. I suspect their customer response is due to the fact that they are new. I signed up because they advertise that they specialize in phpfox hosting and that the site came with unlimited traffic. Both of which turned out to be untrue. You have unlimited traffic until you reach a very low bandwith restriction. While there customer service responded quick, they would not help with the problem I was having and only wanted to sell me a larger package.

Then about 31 days later they suspended my account because they said that I was using too many of there shared resources. I only had 30 members. And only about 6 ever were online at one time. All I had to do was give them a domain name (registered free by them), tell them I wanted to use SilverStripe CMS and the name of the Silverstripe theme and that I wanted the Blog module added.

1) very poor in back up and restore management, and they always want to persuade me to buying their back up service at extra charges

Been with them for 2 years and they have been superb. I can't believe the adverse comments as I have nothing but praise for TMD. I mainly use joomla and vtiger. I know unlimited hosting and bandwidth is in reality a nonsense but in practical terms I have never had a problem. They always respond super quickly to requests, add new software like vtiger without my having to do anything. WORST BUDDYPRESS HOSTS EVER!!!
They claim unlimited bandwidth, ya right! I get less than 50 uniques a day and they now say I violated TOS and must sign up for a dedicated server for overloading the CPU with my site's requests! So to get my site back up it's gone from 4.99 per month to over 100.
STAY FAR AWAY! ABSOLUTE SCAM.

Avoid this company if at all possible! They are very friendly on chat and will do anything they can to get you signed up. But if you want support, you will get pretty fast, but pretty worthless support.
I asked to have one file restored from the default Magneto distribution. The first time they closed the ticked they said I did not have Magneto installed on my account. (They are Magento hosting providers and were the ones that installed it when they activated my account!).

We have just opened our first tmdhosting account. After dealing with plenty of "issues" with Magento elsewhere, we gave tmdhosting a shot. They have exceeded our expectations by more than just leaps and bounds. I was amazed that a simple question about a failed install on my part prompted a response by the tmd team that had magento up and running 10 minutes later!
How awesome is that?

I have been using this server for a couple of days. So far support is very quick to respond, but has done a couple of things differently than I requested so i had them go back and fix it. They seem to be more focused on speed than providing clients with thoughtful, in-depth answers to questions.
Right now, the server is down. This scares me a lot, because it has only been a few days and the server is already down...
I will review again in a couple of weeks.
