I recently chose hosting with this company as a host for my Moodle application for their competitive pricing. Their control panel takes a bit getting used to, but has most of what you need.

I also have accounts with other hosts such as GoDaddy and Webhost4Life. From my experience, their customer service is far superior to the other hosts I've been with. Their responses were prompt and informative, reflecting a very knowledgeable and professional staff. This is a refreshing change from dealing with the usual "go check your code and your setup" responses from some of the other hosts.
