Service was fine for several years but then became so terrible as to be non-functional. They were requiring me to change my password so often because they kept getting hacked into, that I pretty much could never login without requesting my password via email. Every contact with them, even for the most basic service was a huge hassle and no one knew how anything worked. I've now been trying to get them to stop charging my credit card for over 1 year. I moved all of my domain names to another provider and uplinkearth has not been providing any service for that long, but every quarter I get billed and then I email and call them to cancel my account and they never get it canceled and never refund my credit card. I'm going to start disputing the charges as soon as they appear on my card. I don't know what else to do. I've never experienced anything like this.
