I bought VPS from VGTHosting for more than 400$. A week ago.
They insist full annual payment and promise me quality service.
But not a one day my site works
properly. Every day my site fall down more than 5-10 hours.
I lost 50% my traffic. I lost money for advertising.
Support department replays not early 5-6 hours from ticket
submit. They have not phone numbers or icq support.
I want my money back.
But VGTHosting answered, no money back.
