Once again our site is down and we are on a premium server only shared with 1-2 other businesses. I also noticed volusion.com was dowm and they put their standard message on the techline. Poor account management, i.e. I left both an e-mail and a voicemail letting them know we are looking into another solution and would like to talk to my account manager (3rd in the life of our contract). No call or email back. Trouble tickets not addressed for over 365 days. Features "dissapear" and some do not work in a logical way at all (read - Free Shipping needs to be all or nothing. Cannot be a single item mixed with other non-free shipping items). DO NOT HAVE A DEFAULT ERROR PAGE WHEN YOUR SITE GOES DOWN! How poor is this? I mentioned it and the tech told me "Good Idea". Implement it then... I am writing this while my site is down for the last 45 minutes, customers are calling and $ is beeing lost. Thanks again Volusion!
