This is the worst possible company to deal with. They were very quick to get my credit card and charge it but the service was horrible or non existent. They told me my signature website would take 7-10 days. After a month they had not provided me with ANYTHING. I tried to e-mail them, no response, call and ask for a supervisor, they are not available. All you hear from them is apologies and nothing else. I had asked for a refund on my $599.00 they told me it would be back in my account within 3-5 days. 9 days later I called and I was told that nobody had posted a refund.... even though the service was never completed and I had backed out of them building it for me. My business has lost revenue because we had switched our name and our marketing team had no website to refer to for 3 weeks.
