Bronze Hosting package. Webconexion has been down 4 times this year, for over 48 hours. The second time was due to a fire in some server centre in California, so perhaps they could be excused, but I had to write to them to get an explanation. Lack of explanation or contact is standard, as they never post any reasons or apologies on any boards/sites, and no offer of compensation.
They used to be really good, so I guess it's about infrastructure development and investment. Anyway, now [...]

I have been called in to assist with a customer that has all of its emails, and web sites (going on for about 70), with this company.
This has to be one of the cheapest web hosting suppliers around....BUT:
1. Customer support in the UK has to qualify as non-existant. Although they do work through problems left on their answer phone, they do not do it particularly fast, and we have never had feedback provided.
2. I have yet to have an email responded to.
