I have been called in to assist with a customer that has all of its emails, and web sites (going on for about 70), with this company.
This has to be one of the cheapest web hosting suppliers around....BUT:
1. Customer support in the UK has to qualify as non-existant. Although they do work through problems left on their answer phone, they do not do it particularly fast, and we have never had feedback provided.
2. I have yet to have an email responded to.
3. There are fundamental problems with their email configuration. (All mails stored in a single file...nothing wrong with this...but combine it with a 'hard' quota, and you get a locked email account, and bounced emails if you reach the quota limit.
4. Problematic SMTP server, meaning that it is extremely disruptive to use. We now do not use their system for sending emails. I guess that it is one way of reducing the workload on their server.
5. Hosting support is really not of any use due to difficulty in communicating with them. Forward domain, and host it elsewhere.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company, as I get 2 or 3 email outages a month, and it is totally unsuitable for business use. I'm now trying to manage the transfer of these domains/services away from webconexion
