Once a good host run by a guy called Stefan Henke, quality decreased substantially after being sold to an anonymous German company which doesn't seem to care. Support tickets take weeks to get answered (if at all) and an error in my (yearly) bill wasn't addressed for three months (they don't even seem to mind not getting their money ...). So far things work, but as soon as there are problems, I will have to move on.
