When I changed my internet provider, and my email changed, my website stopped working. Yahoo doesn't have the right to keep charging me for a website that they stopped. I have spent over 5 hours on the phone, it was sent to "engineering", and was supposed to be fixed within 3 to 5 business days. I'm still waiting 2 weeks later, with no response! I've sent countless emails, only to receive generic automated responses. I am going to change my webhosting service, and stop Yahoo payment on my credit card. It will be a lot easier than to try to get someone to actually try to help me at Yahoo!
