I used the xtra-link plan for my church website. They're setup my acccount in about 15 minutes and there wasn't a single time that i am aware of that my site was down. They always answer the phone when I call and have been extremely helpful. It's more bang for the buck with their prices.

These bastards are a bunch of lying theives. Average email response time was 2+ weeks if I was lucky. Never was my call answered, after over 80 attempts. My domain expired and I couldn't even pay them to renew it. Stay away from them like the plague, they will screw you.
