During the early days, their service quality, support, expertise were very good. BUT, in the last 2 year, there were so many mistakes that I don't have the space to write here. From ignoring the migration timing, to simply blocking client's websites/email without notice, to backing up wrong files for server upgrading works.... the list goes on.
