Nothing works correctly; uploads don't function, texts don't save, they're help pages are full of type-o errors,customer service is next to non-existent despite their 24/7 support 'guarantee'. You are encouraged to do the online chat however they have an immediate disclaimer that if someone doesn't come on in seconds then they're not there. When we first moved here things were great. Technical Support was quick. Mainly moved here because my previous host became slow and unreliable with Miva and since that is our Shopping Cart it was time to find reliability.
Up until we upgraded the Miva Store we purchased/leased from Websitesource it was great. Then could not pack the store so file a Trouble Ticket..

Support is OK, features and price are good. But uptime is HORRIBLE. Email servers and performance are HORRIBLE? Their servers will not relay emails with over 40 or so recipients. Servers are ALWAYS going down, weekly bouts downtime. This is no exageration. When questioning these issues I get the "upgrade for better performance" excuse. I am in the process of moving ALL my hosting away from websitesource.com.

Just left Websitesource after being with them for ten years (1999). I just couldn't tolerate the week long down times, lost emails/orders, no phone or chat support, slow/disconnected FTP ..... They were really good until they sold out. Although it was a pain to change hosts, it was well worth it! My pages load up faster on the web, no problem with emails and the FTP works like it should!! Terrible. Just terrible.
A few weeks ago I attempted to show my website during a job interview and received an Address Not Found error, which subsequently lasted for a week. Urgent calls to their tech support did not go through and were never returned. Even calls to the sales department failed!
Eventually, when I did receive an answer they blamed it on a data center migration.
Astoundingly, I didn't jettison them immediately. I'm a patient, understanding guy, what can I say? [...]

We switched to websitesource about 5 years ago with high hopes for good service. Things went great for about a year and hen the service started to go downhill. Not only was our site down hours every week but their own site was down. No phone support and submitting a trouble ticket was a joke. BEWARE!!! WORST HOSTING COMPANY EVER!!! There was a period of 3 weeks last month where tech support NEVER answered the phone. Tech support live chat was always offline. Trouble tickets were NOT answered. I called the billing department asking them what the deal was and that I was very angry my site was down, she immediately transfered me to tech support even after i said tech support would not answer the phone! Avoid at all costs. I used these guys for years. At first they were great! Cheap, reliable, prompt service, many features not available else ware. In the last year they have been plagued with downtime, disconnected support phones, disconnect live chat, email support goes to a black hole. Massive downtime and hacking problems, I have lost the majority of the data hosted with them in the last 6 months. I am giving up and moving to godaddy.com. Only worse experience is registerfly.com

This is a good example of junk service. Although providing features I want, the service is deterriorating year by year. So many problems after they gave it up to Alentus. Support desk never had any answer or solution out of the box, no flexibility. Horrible ticket system. Last time they shut down my service without notifying me my billing period ended (2 years!).
