A client had a verification box for a contact page that had an issue, their tech fixed the code for me on the spot even though it had nothing to do with him. Their tech support staff answers the phone personally and after 1-2 rings. Their SMTP servers work from every country I have ever tried (England, France, UAE, Dubai, Africa, Thailand, Japan).
