Their support team is knowledgeable and friendly, and when they have problems (rarely!) they don't try to cover up but tell you things as they are which I appreciate. Whenever a customer of mine wants a recommendation I recommend Your Name Here simply because as a web developer I don't want to have to deal with hosting problems and I know that with Your Name Here I won't have to.
