Your-site don't bill you for renewal until after they've take the money from your account. No emails, no warnings. I've been with 5-6 years but they've gone downhill very quickly in the past year. I've pulled 7 websites from them in the past year because of long downtimes (days). This is the last one.
Alother gripe is there seems to be different accounts for different areas - ie email control panel has different password from domain control panel which has different passwords from billing and support.
