Hi. I'm an employee of Your247host, and on behalf of the company i would just like to clarify that the bottom 3 reviews are bogus, we have no paypal disupute's running, and we Customer by the name of "Julia Montecarlo" has ever even signed up.

We switched to Your247Host because our last host was getting worse and worse. Our site was frequently down and the old host techs kept telling me there was no problem. We have a business and can't afford for our site to be down. Night and day difference between what I had and Your247Host. To my knowledge the site has never been down since we switched to Your247Host and it's a faster connection.

Not one to usually gripe about poor service, I am quite simply astonished by this company.
Billing was wrong. Sites were suspended. Not only did I not get any communication from them about this, their attitude was disgraceful. Very ignorant and very rude.
It was a big red flag when I realized that they do not have a telephone number or an office address. It was silly of me to sign up with them in first place. Don't make the same mistake!

I've been using Your247Host for about 6 months. Lately the service has gone awful. The host was down for 4 hours day yesterday. Then today they annouced the servers are down. Its been 4 now. In addition to the down time they also stated my data has been lost. I've lost hundreds of dollars on sales due their downtime. I do NOT recommend Your247Host.com if you need to host a online store! Ok during the last few months your247host had some major problems with server issues and they kept going down most of the time but now they have improved their servers and im loving the new speeds they have and new features they have introduced to the site. im Very Happy now with them. I recommend this service for anyone out there. Unbeatable cheap price and they are offshore and done forget the Excellent Support

They're a cheap host. They exist. They put your html\php files up on the interweb. Here's the good and bad bits.
The good:
- Dear god, the next cheapest host I could find with comparable features was 5x the price. Their pricing is competitive.
- Their tech support isn't fast, but when I've had issues they've fixed botched DNS settings, enabled PHP features and even transferred me to a faster server with my permission. They don't speak great English but they mean well.

There has been over a week of downtime so far.
It wasn't until one or two days in that we were even told why there was downtime.
No less than three times, we were told that the service would resume within 24 hours. It did not.
It has now been three or four days since they last updated their blog. Site is still down.
I wish I was making this up. I've seen free hosts who are more reliable than this.

Rude and totally incompetent. No servers or support for over two weeks and still no hint of when I can just get my domain released. Polite words to describe the infuriating attempts to get some support really fail me .
My website has vanished and I cannot even rebuild it until they release the domain. People think I have ceased trading.
Believe me they do not provide a 247 service and the claim of 99.9% uptime is a bold lie.
