While being hosted here I didnt have any problems. After my year was up I did not want to renew and even set my account NOT to renew when I signed up. I was charged for it anyways. I've been trying to get my money back but they arent giving it because they would "loose out" I'm really the only one loosing out though...I've lost money that I dont have. They have given me a different reason each time as of why I cant get my money back. First it was, "its already been renewed so we cant" even though with another company a similar thing happened and they had no problem refunding my money even after it was renewed. These people are liars and thieves. Do not trust them.
