It seems this argentinean gentleman, Patricio Masotta, is doing nothing more than company bashing without signing with his name but naming me, this is why i will take the time to reply. Having a lot of attitude problems on a forum we host for years, Patricio Masotta decided 3 years ago to leave his community and create his own forum, requesting a high discount due to financial problems -we accepted- and a lot of support because he didn't have any clue how to install the choosen application. The application ran flawlessly during these three years, but without much popular success, which leaded Patricio Masotta to request further discount, that we accepted again. One day last week, he rudely requested that we provide him a test zone on a Solaris server because he had trouble with Powweb, another hosting provider. There too, we did what he wanted. Still needing a lot of help from our technical support to install his new fad, we spent a full day with him, but his local connectivity would not allow him to download the CD iso he wanted to store on the website. We tested the download from other places in the world with regular connectivity without a single hitch, including from a 1Gb line in France at an amazing 56Mbps and low speed lines in South America. Yelling at us that his problem was our fault, he requested that we refund him, but since he did not have paid anything and that we did not even charge him for the support we provided, he requested that we pay back the discounted price of his 3 years old forum hosting. We refused because we provided flawlessly the service (and much more) he has paid for, without a single problem. The free "test" just did not work like he wanted, as it didn't work neither from Powweb, and maybe others? he blamed our bandwidth, but we have plenty of available bandwidth while he is downloading from a cheap modem. Nevertheless, it was nothing more than a "test" we did not charge, while we spent a lot of time to support him and his bad mood (more than 60 emails and 6 hours work).

Finally, i wanted to clarify that i am not the President of Zarcrom Industries Corporation, that WebDNA Software Corporation has nothing to do with the first company, and that this gentleman obviously does not understand the concept of "agent" or "State" in the US.
