The outages have been many and often and when we try and call the support number we never got a call back, email, and sometimes never got a fix (we only called about being down). DONT USE THEM!! My business was SEVERLY DAMAGED by using ZL6.net / Allan Dernovsek services. I am still down....now for over a week and still can't get thru on the only support call (voice mail is now broken)
