Owned this domain for over 2 years and registered it in the name of a customer. Even renewed it in the 12th January 2011.
When I saw this I thought ‘hang on, I don’t want this’. So I could not find out where to cancel the domain renewals and thought I will just transfer them before the domains expire. But they billed me anyway stating that I did not cancel the auto-renewal (I did not get past their devious trap, you see ...) and they refuse to refund me. I ...

I said "Watch this space" after having a rare pleasant experience when I actually talked to someone at 123-reg.
Sorry, Colin at 123-reg, but it appears that things have NOT improved, despite your plans to the contrary.

Emails are not coming through again. Yes, I've contacted "support" (but who knows when they'll reply, if at all), but the 123-reg site still says 123-reg are not experiencing any problems currently. Looking at recent additions to this review page, it seems other ...

We have a contact with plus.net for broadband, e-mail and domains names. its a good little deal very fast on the support, some times they go down, but there support is great they tell you everything that’s gone wrong on a stats page.
I have tried contacting 123-reg by e-mail to ask their advice, but as with others, no response yet. If anyone knows could they contact me on viro-bag@hotmail.co.uk.
