            <description><![CDATA[I've been hosting on catalog.com for the past three years and the service has gone from good to absolutely terrible.  Over the past two years they've raised their rates from $35 per year to almost $90 per year.  They also hide hosting details in their FAQ pages.  When I had an issue with my billing I was told to go to their FAQ page and do a search for a specific string (How am I as a user supposed to know their specific string to search for?).<br />

            <description><![CDATA[After being a member of Catalog.com's Web Hosting Plan for several years, I was disappointed with their extremely poor customer service and marked-up prices. Overall, Catalog.com is a poor choice in comparison with other web hosting companies that provide better, more responsive customer service and equal if not more features (bandwidth, email, databases, etc.) at cheaper rates.]]></description>
