            <description><![CDATA[I've been using them for 5 + years and its been constant problems. They change things on their end and your site is down or you email stops working. They respond quickly but usually tell you its on your end and it never has been once on my end. They don't seem to care at all. I should have left them by now and I'm planning to. They are one of the worst mistakes I've made. And they are rude.]]></description>

            <description><![CDATA[This company used to be good, back around 2002-2005.  They've tanked over the last year... service has gotten worse, random technical issues, customer service is non-existent.  The last three problems I had the answers they gave were along the lines of "huh... I dunno.  Let us know if it happens again."  The people are rude, particularly Jim, who appears to run the little operation.  They sound very, very whiny and immature in recent emails... sounds like they're losing customers.
