Senior executives at this company are still unaware of basic customer service etiquettes and have extremely bad communication skills. Imagine a vice president of sales that does not even end his emails with "Regards", "Thank You", and or any courtious closing words. Personally, I think they are jacking up the price in order to pay for their recent acquisition of Fastservers.Net.
