We are availing Host Excellence services from past 4 Years, every thing is good and up to date.

The price factor is good and the customer support is "AWSOME".

The features of the Webmail should be a factor where you should look at too, coz sometimes it takes alot of time for us to open the mail. Also you should have a provision of attaching the file atleast till 10 MB, now we have to use Outlook to send mails having big file sizes.

If you have an e-commerce site and expect at least 99% uptime, do not host with Host Excellence.

I signed up about a year ago and was on the original "Linux basic" plan (or something like that), which gave me 50mb web space for $2.95/month.
