I've had a dedicated server with them for over 3 years and I just ordered a VPS server and so far it's been great dealing with them on the set up because I'm relatively new to the Plesk platform, they've been very understanding of my lack of experience in this new control panel.

They are always quick to respond to requests, and aren't anal when it comes to charging.

Reboot requests are free, but 'work on server' generally requires credits.

I recently made a typing mistake in /etc/fstab - on next reboot, machine didn't come up because of the error... I asked them to do a forced reboot, they did quickly.
