I buyed a VPS from them. They did not send me the email with VPS account info. I opened a ticket, I send them offline messages through email, I chatted live on their site. After all these, I got an email and my VPS up and running.

They simply leave you hanging if you ever talk to them. Sending a CRITICAL support ticket reporting DOWNTIME got responded to in 3 days!!!! Support is great and very quick to help if there is a problem, but I've never had any major problems, just the occasional thing that you would get with any shared hosting environment, the difference with UCVHOST is that they solve any problems quickly as they have their own datacenter.
