Been hosting at daily razor.com for a couple of years. Historically it been pretty good, but recently less so. It is OK: my host is down about once a day, but they are very fast at responding to my support email and getting the service up and running again. At one point they thought the problem was my fault (although I had made no changes) and they disabled my service for a day, but once I figured out what had happened they went and re-enabled the service pretty much immediately. Though I have had people calling me and complaining that my site is not available, I have found that when the server it running, the response time at Daily Razor is perfectly fine. I woudl recommend this service to anyone who enjoys mystery of knowing on any given day whether you site will be up or not. One more thing, two years in a row they forgot to re-register the free domain name that comes with the account. So for three or four days my site was inaccessible for that reason. But as soon as I figured out what the problem was, they had my site back available within 24 hours.
