I would just like to say a few words on the proffesionalism shown by Chris at Uggle.com, on completion of my new website I was faced with a few problems, not I might add from my domain name or hosting both done through Uggle but from my web designer that was suddenly out of contact. I had 2 very stressfull days as my new website and online shopping facility was suddenly unobtainable. On emailing uggle.com for some advice I was still quite apprehensive as to whether I was going to get an outcome I wanted for something that was not through any fault of there own. I was given a swift response and Chris took it upon himself to find a solution to my problem to which I was most gratefull. From a business point of view as we enter further into the computer age where a web presence is getting more and more important, it is also an area where so very few of us have much knowledge and the decisions we make can have a great affect on our businesses.
