Until Webhostingpad, I didn’t know companies existed where someone could answer the phone after only a few rings, or respond right away when chatting. Thanks to their smaller size, they can be a lot more personal and helpful than other companies that have been around a long time but are much less personable. What a breath of fresh air from GoDaddy. Oh my gosh, two words: AFFILIATE PROGRAM. Webhostingpad has the BEST! It's just incredible. They offer the lowest-priced hosting package but the highest payout for referrals. Ever since I started promoting them I have gotten a lot more sales because people are really attracted to their low price, so it's a win-win situation. I don't know how Webhostingpad does it, people must really like their service and stay with it, but as far as I've seen they just have the best affiliate program around for budget/shared hosting companies.

I love being able to talk to a live person for support. Not to mention that so far my calls were picked up right away, no hold time.
