announced its partnership with AppliedTheory
(appliedtheory.com),
an Internet knowledge, development and managed hosting partner for hundreds
of large corporations. As a member of the Metaserver
Alliance Partner Program (MAPP), AppliedTheory will
offer Metaserver 3, the company's flagship BPI
solution to its customers worldwide. Metaserver will
rely on AppliedTheory as a preferred partner for
development, deployment and managed hosting.
The partnership is designed to maximize the
relationship between the two companies and to expand
AppliedTheory's comprehensive managed hosting
offerings with Metaserver's BPI solution, which
enables organizations to identify, diagram and deploy
business processes so that they are accessible to
customers, partners, vendors and employees in a Web
environment. Metaserver's software gives companies
complete control and visibility of their business
processes across their extended enterprise, enabling
them to improve the efficiency of their business
operations, reduce time to market for new products and
services, develop closer relationships with their
partners and customers and rapidly respond to changing
business conditions.
