AppServe Acquires Sprocket Networks May 17, 2007

Colocation and Web hosting provider AppServe (appservetech.com) announced on Wednesday it has acquired open source hosting provider Sprocket Networks (sprocketnetworks.com).

The acquistion enables AppServe to strengthen its position in the hosting and colocation business by adding six years of colocation expertise to its company.

"This acquisition is in line with our primary vision of offering customers superior service as well as the best in hosting and colocation," says Justin Clutter, managing director and co-founder of AppServe Technologies.
