According to Radicati's Hosted 2008 Market Quadrant report, USA.NET's key strengths included its customizable and scalable, three-tiered Hosted Microsoft Exchange.
USA.NET offers IT security services such as anti-spam and anti-virus protection, content filtering, email encryption, eMessaging archiving, enforced TLS, other compliancy services, and disaster recovery. It also provides Hosted Exchange add-ons including a hosted Microsoft Windows SharePoint and secure instant messaging with archiving capabilities.
Its unique customer service approach also received a nod. USA.NET offers dedicated technical account managers giving clients individual attention not typically offered by competitors.
